NEXDINE Hospitality in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping/Laundry Service Worker to join our team. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet client standards and safety requirements.

You will perform a variety of tasks, including proper handling of housekeeping equipment, adhering to OSHA and client regulations, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualificações

• Dependable with excellent customer service.
• Able to lift, push, pull frequently in a housekeeping role.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to chemicals and risks.
• No advanced experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to OSHA, state/local, and client regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Keeps assigned areas clean and orderly to protect health and safety.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to XENDELLA client standards and requirements.
• Transports trash to designated areas and follows disposal procedures.
• Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit

Job Summary

The Housekeeping/ Laundry Services Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions and Key Tasks

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and XENDELLA regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others
• Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to XENDELLA and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company/client assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Dependable and excellent customer service skills
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Previous experience is helpful but not required
