Job summary

Elevate Care is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. The role requires English fluency, prior housekeeping or laundry experience, and the ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies.

You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, linen and laundry management, stocking supplies, and follow infection control standards while working both independently and as part of a team. Elevate Care emphasizes care quality and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitizing – Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness of Resident Rooms – Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pleasant and safe environment.
• Linen & Laundry Management – Ensure the collection, washing, folding, and delivery of linens, towels, and resident clothing.
• Stocking Supplies – Replenish housekeeping and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow Safety & Infection Control Standards – Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitized and secure environment.
• Assist with Special Cleaning Requests – Address any special cleaning needs or requests from residents or staff.
