Job summary

Wexford Senior Care Center in Cadillac, MI is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will clean resident and public areas, assist with daily tasks, and support our mission to provide compassionate care. The role offers rotating weekends, wage starting at $15.00 per hour with hero pay, annual wage increases, and a generous benefits package including PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k match.

Responsibilities

• You will attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash.

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

Our Housekeeping Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests and residents. Will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices ensuring satisfaction is a top priority.

You will earn:

• Starting wages $15.00 per hour
• PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!)
