The Waters of Gainesboro is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join our TEAM. Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this role cleans resident rooms and other areas to maintain a clean, attractive environment for residents.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow directions in English, and health assessment with a Mantoux test. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand oral and written directions.
• Capable of setting work priorities and working independently.
• Must meet health assessment requirements including Mantoux test.

The Waters of Gainesboro is now hiring for Housekeeping Aide to join our TEAM!!!

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
