Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of long-term care, skilled nursing, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and nursing stations according to assigned schedules and checklists.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and surface disinfection.
• Restock supplies and promptly report equipment or maintenance needs.
• Follow infection control, safety, and universal precautions at all times.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
