LionStone Care in Kettering, OH is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain cleanliness in a healthcare setting. This full-time position offers a pay range of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, first shift, with on-site work.

You will clean resident rooms and common areas, follow safety practices, interact with residents respectfully, and collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma preferred but not required.
• Healthcare cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Dispose of trash and maintain waste procedures.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Work with housekeeping team to complete tasks.
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisor.
