Excelsior Care Group's Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, NJ is hiring a dependable Housekeeping Aide. You will maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff, performing daily duties and following assigned schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, hallways, stairways, and elevators.
• Sanitize and polish fixtures, furnishings, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
• Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, and disinfect carpets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness standards while following safety procedures.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
