No formal education is required. Two years of related experience is preferred, and sobriety is valued for team members in recovery. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director

What We're Looking For

• No formal education required
• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
