Housekeeping Aide
This position reports to the Environmental Services Director and Assistant Director. The role performs special cleaning projects as well as daily cleaning duties in accordance with HHS standard procedures of the housekeeping department and hospital objectives. Assigned areas may include patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative offices, laboratory areas, waiting areas, and public restrooms.
The position is on-call and often consists of a 7–8 hour shift, but shift times and work days may vary to cover the needs of the facility. COVID‑19 room cleaning will be an occasional part of the job, and all necessary PPE will be provided.
