Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconse is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, visitors and staff in accordance with all applicable laws and Quality Center standards.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, trash collection and sanitizing common areas, resident rooms, dining rooms and offices. Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma; LTC experience is preferred but not required.

Housekeeping Aide

We are looking for a qualified, hard-working and customer service driven Housekeeper to join our team.

Housekeeping Aide Job Description:

Provide a clean and safe environment for our residents, visitors, and staff in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Quality Center standards. Perform day to day housekeeping services such as dusting, moping and collecting trash. Must be flexible, detail oriented and have ability to multi-task.

Housekeeping Aide Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain resident rooms, dining rooms, offices and all general areas of facility by cleaning restrooms, walls, baseboards, doors, mirrors, dusting removing trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables and furniture while making sure to follow all proper cleaning techniques and protocols.

Housekeeping Aide Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in LTC preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years of age

Salary: Up to $20.00 an hour (based on experience)
