Care Initiatives is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Aide to support residents and facility teams across our Iowa communities. You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties, helping create a clean, safe, and home-like environment for residents and visitors.

• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
