Job summary

WellBridge of Fenton is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and residents. You will help ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices, contributing to a top-priority satisfaction standard.

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with Hero Pay of $0.85 per hour and yearly wage increases. We offer full-time or part-time schedules with rotating weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors.
• May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

Our Housekeeping Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests and residents. Will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices ensuring satisfaction is a top priority.

You will earn: Starting at $15.85 per hour!

• Starting wages $15.00 per hour
• PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!)
• Yearly Wage Increases

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Full Time or Part Time positions availble!
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• 8 hour shifts
