WellBridge of Fenton is seeking Housekeeping Aides to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will clean resident areas, public spaces, and support offices, ensuring satisfaction as a top priority.

Starting wage begins at $15.85 per hour with opportunities for increases and hero pay. Full-time or part-time shifts are available, with rotating weekends and some holidays to fit your scheduling needs.

Our Housekeeping Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests and residents. Will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices ensuring satisfaction is a top priority.

You will earn: Starting at $15.85 per hour!

• Starting wages $15.00 per hour
• PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!)
• Yearly Wage Increases

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Full Time or Part Time positions availble!
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• 8 hour shifts

How you will help people every day:

• You will attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash
• You will maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors
• You may be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
