Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to provide guests and Owners with memorable experiences. You will respond to requests, assist in room setup, and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas, while upholding company standards and safety procedures.

The role requires availability to work varied shifts, holidays, and weekends, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Benefits are offered where eligible.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Delivers guest requests and sets up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
• Identifies and reports maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Strip trash/dirty linen from assigned checkouts.
• Ensure inventory of pillows, duvet inserts, and toppers remains in the rooms.
• Cleans and maintains assigned buildings/areas daily.
• Stocks linen closets daily with linen and supplies.
