Job summary

Hampton Inn Butte is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will clean guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas, make beds, handle laundry, and maintain spotless standards across the property.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a reliable team player with strong organizational and time-management skills, ready to respond to guest inquiries and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
