Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and professional, guest-focused communication.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible availability, including day shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance needs, damage, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts, supplies, and linen storage areas.
• Assist with laundry, transport supplies, and deliver guest-requested items.
• Support deep cleaning, room inspections, furniture moves, and hotel setups.
• Follow sanitation, chemical handling, safety, security, and guest privacy procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
