Key Responsibilities

• Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
• Ensure regular upkeep of all housekeeping equipment and report any maintenance issues timely.
• Organize and store cleaning chemicals and supplies in an orderly manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
• Respond to guest queries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements.
