Job summary

HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital is hiring a Hospital Housekeeper to join the dedicated housekeeping team. Wage is $15/hour with full-time and part-time shifts available across day, evening, and night. The role emphasizes a clean, safe hospital environment and patient comfort, following established procedures.

Candidates must be 18+, communicate in English, and wear a clean uniform. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate in English and work well in a team.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices for the hospital environment.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital; assist team members as needed.
