Job summary

HHS is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper for River’s Edge Hospital & Clinic in Minnesota. You will clean patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

This role offers full-time and part-time options with Day/Evening/Night shifts, background checks, and a supportive team. Applicants must be 18+, proficient in English, and pass screenings; prior healthcare housekeeping experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (healthcare/cleaning).

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Responsibilities

Hospital Housekeeper

• Wage: $ 19.00 /hour
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day/Evening/Night shifts available
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: River’s Edge Hospital and Clinic

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
