Perry Green Valley Health Care is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will perform dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and routine cleaning in resident rooms and common areas, following established procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Basic infection control understanding.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The Housekeeping staff is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of housekeeping as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas.
• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Basic understanding of infection control protocols.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
