Job summary

Gulf Coast Medical Center in Florida is seeking a friendly housekeeper to join the hospital's housekeeping team. You will provide a safe, clean environment, cleaning patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms, with an emphasis on high-quality standards.

This full-time, evening shift position requires you to pass a background check and drug screen, communicate in English, and wear a uniform. HHS, LLC supports training, competitive wages, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (healthcare, janitorial, room attendant, etc.).

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas

• Wage: $ 15 /hour
• Full-time positions available

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
