Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Nags Head, NC. This role focuses on maintaining sparkling guest rooms and public areas while upholding safety procedures and brand standards.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and frequent opportunities for development in a large hospitality portfolio. The position is full-time and on-site at our Nags Head property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Team player with guest service mindset.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per hotel lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
