Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a dedicated housekeeping assistant to maintain cleanliness across offices, break rooms, conference spaces, restrooms, and related areas daily. The role emphasizes sanitation, safe handling of cleaning supplies, and teamwork within a busy facilities environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of facility maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work long shifts outdoors and indoors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in facility maintenance, preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Personable, reliable, and able to interact professionally with personnel at all levels.
• Physically able to perform duties including bending, lifting, and working long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, conference rooms, restrooms, and other common areas daily.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including stocking bathrooms, removing trash, dusting, and cleaning surfaces.
• Carry out floor and carpet cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing as needed.
• Restock soap, toilet paper, and towels in bathrooms and breakrooms.
• Ensure supplies and PPE are available by communicating with supervisors about inventory.

Job Summary

Housekeeping cleans and sanitizes the organization's facility offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, reception areas, restrooms, gym and other common areas daily

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the organization's facility offices, break rooms, conference rooms, reception areas, restrooms, gym, and other common areas daily
• Perform daily general housekeeping duties (i.e., stock bathrooms, remove trash, dust surfaces, polish woodwork, clear walkways, clean windows, scrub and disinfect bathrooms, clean breakrooms, etc.)
• Perform regular floor and carpet cleaning duties (i.e., sweeping, mopping, buffing, vacuuming carpeted areas, cleaning spills, etc.)
• Restock supplies in bathrooms and breakroom areas, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Ensure the availability of job performance tools and necessary supplies by communicating with supervisors when inventory counts run low
• Clean as per scheduled or assigned by the supervisor or lead
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience facility maintenance, preferred
• Maintaining a valid current driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Personable, reliable, teamwork oriented, can professionally interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and occasionally climbing ladders throughout the work shift
• Must be physically able to safely perform duties during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Must be physically able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme hot and cold temperatures
