Colonial Acres, a 69-bed facility in the heart of Humboldt, NE, seeks candidates for the LPN Day Shift. Responsibilities include carrying out cleaning duties per the Environmental Services Director, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Carries out cleaning duties as directed by the Environmental Services Director.
• Ensures that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Maintains high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Ensures that cleaning equipment is used and kept in a safe condition.
• Practices sensitivity to the privacy and needs of the residents.
• Adheres to infection control policies at all times.
• Completes necessary documentation daily.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Our Clinical Department has the following openings for:

• 1 FT LPN Day Shift
• CNA'S: 2 FT AM positions, 2 FT PM positions, and 1 FT NOC position.

We are willing to train the right candidate through obtaining the CNA process.

Job Description

Carries out all cleaning duties as directed by the Environmental Services Director according to required department policies and procedures.

Ensures that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.

Maintains a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.

Ensures that all cleaning equipment is correctly and safely used and kept in a safe condition. Reports any defect to the department director.

Practices sensitivity to the privacy and individual needs of the residents.

Adheres to infection control policies at all times.

Adheres to correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Ensures all necessary documentation is completed daily.

Carries out other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director.
