The Recovery Village in Dacula, GA is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a sanitary, safe, and clean environment and to assist with preparing special events as needed. You will service client rooms, change linens, sanitize surfaces, and replenish supplies while upholding professional boundaries and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a similar facility, CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it within the state-mandated timeframe

Responsabilidades

• Clean client rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Replenish supplies and/or linen in client rooms as necessary or designated.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.
• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment, as required.
• Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment techniques, as required.
• Available for alternate, evening and weekend schedules; shifts may be required to meet client needs.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with current and former clients, family members, and referral sources.
• Comply with the company’s code of conduct.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper maintains a sanitary, safe, and clean environment and enhances the appearance of the facility. Additionally, the Housekeeper will assist with preparing special events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean client rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Replenish supplies and/or linen in client rooms as necessary or designated.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.
• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment, as required.
• Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment techniques, as required.
• Available for alternate, evening and weekend schedules, and shifts may be required to meet client needs, state and regulatory agency requirements and business necessities.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with current and former clients, client family members, and referral sources.
• Comply with the company’s code of conduct.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 (one) year experience in housekeeping in a similar facility, preferred.
• Healthcare food services preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required for this position. If not CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandated time frame after first day of employment.
