SpringHill Suites by Marriott Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a comfortable stay for guests.

The role supports a fast-paced environment, can be performed solo or with a small team, and emphasizes friendly, courteous service to guests. Flexible schedules and seasonal as well as full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and a customer‑oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail in cleaning and replenishing supplies.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, table, and floors as needed.
• Delivers items to guest rooms (towels, pillows, supplies) and responds to requests promptly.
• Reports lost and found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Works in a team environment to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.

Replenishing supplies in guest rooms, changing linens, and disinfecting are some of the responsibilities we will be asking of you. This position allows you to work solo or with a small group of awesome individuals while still being a part of a bigger team.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
• Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
