Hampton Inn & Suites Altus is seeking a diligent housekeeper to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. You will clean guest rooms, replenish supplies, and maintain common areas in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth, with seasonal and full-time options. You’ll work solo or with a small team to deliver friendly, attentive service that reflects our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and reliable.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality service.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products.
• Cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, tables, and floors as needed.
• Delivers items to guest rooms and responds to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Reports lost and found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Works in a team environment to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.

Replenishing supplies in guest rooms, changing linens, and disinfecting are some of the responsibilities we will be asking of you. If you like to be in a fun and fast-paced environment- we are the place for you. This position allows you to work solo or with a small group of awesome individuals while still being a part of a bigger team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
• Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/ department.
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests.
