Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Housekeeper position is to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. Housekeepers are responsible for delivering high-quality service standards and contributing to the overall guest experience by upholding the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any findings to the maintenance department.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred
• Experience working in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
