Job summary

The Waters of Cheatham is looking for dedicated full-time (and part-time) housekeepers to join our TEAM. Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, you will clean resident rooms and other facility areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to follow written and oral directions, and the capacity to work independently and with attention to health and safety standards, including a two-stage

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Full Time/Part Time Available Up to $15/hour

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures
