Job summary

Heritage Oaks Management Enterprises USA LLC in Denver, Colorado is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort in our senior living community.

You will clean resident rooms and common areas, stock supplies, and interact with residents with courtesy and respect. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and one year of housekeeping experience is a plus; flexible hours including weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and tools/products.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms as assigned, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and bathrooms.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies.
• Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding manner.
• Cleans office areas and other common areas per schedule or as requested.
• Ensures housekeeping supplies and equipment are labeled and stored properly.
• Inventories housekeeping supplies and submits orders as needed.

Housekeepers not only help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the community, they get the opportunity to bond with our residents on a daily basis and help make a difference in their lives.
