ESFM USA is hiring for a full-time HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY position in Gaithersburg, MD. Work from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am on a full-time schedule; some details vary by interview. Prior experience is required and the role includes cleaning and maintenance duties across facility areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains storerooms and closets clean and organized.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash and bio-hazardous waste following safety protocols.
• Repairs and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.

We have an opening for a full‑time HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY position.

Location: AZ - 1 MedImmune Way, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Experience required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $18.18 per hour.

ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

Job Summary

Maintains facility areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, bio‑hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
• Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Great communication skills.
