Compass Group USA ESFM is seeking a seasonal Housekeeper Utility at AstraZeneca in Gaithersburg, MD. The role runs October through March, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $18.18 per hour. Prior janitorial experience is required to maintain facilities and equipment in a safe, clean condition.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience required.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.

• Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash and hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
