JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role involves tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and other amenities to enhance property appeal.

Job Responsibilities

1. Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
2. Maintain market-ready appeal of vacant apartments and show units throughout the day.
3. Assist in make-ready processes as requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
4. Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the supervisor.
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform when reordering is necessary.

Required Licenses or Certifications

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Potential travel to other properties or for training and meetings.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Compensation

Factors influencing pay include experience, skills, business needs, and location. The role may be eligible for bonuses based on performance.
