Job Description

You will perform day-to-day activities that ensure the cleanliness of the community. Our residents truly appreciate your hard work; helping our senior residents is a fulfilling and rewarding job!

Essential Duties:

1. Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and polish common area floors. Heavy carpet machine.
2. Empty trash.
3. Clean common area windows, inside and out.
4. Clean and sanitize common area bathrooms. Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
5. Pick up trash outside of the building.
6. Maintain grounds.
7. Clean residential apartments on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

• Lift 50 pounds.
• We will train!
