Job description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He/She will report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions.
2. Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure the highest standards are met.
3. Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in monitoring housekeeping procedures.
4. Interact with all departments for daily activities.

Other requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
3. Italian speaker with a good knowledge of English.
4. Detail-oriented.
5. Knowledge of LQA standards.

We offer a seasonal labor contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Housekeeping Supervisor:

1. Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
2. Monthly gross salary around €2,050, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR.
3. Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus.
4. Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast.
5. Bus ticket as a benefit for the contract period; staff cantine.
