Kiawah Island Club on Kiawah Island, SC, seeks a professional Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is a premier private club with teamwork-driven perfection and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping/laundry staff, maintaining equipment, restocking supplies, and training new team members to uphold high standards in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years exclusive hotel/resort housekeeping experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and reprimand as needed.
• Walk, kneel, bend, stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, carry 50+ lbs.
• Customer-oriented and friendly; prioritization and time management.
• Knowledge of English and valid driver’s license with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Check housekeeping/laundry staff to ensure duties meet standards.
• Respond to opportunities in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure equipment is operating properly and report damage.
• Notify manager of any malfunctioning equipment.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and restock as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company standards.
• Assist manager with scheduled shift tasks.
• Train new staff and conduct working interviews.

We are looking for professional Housekeeping Supervisors capable of supervising our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to be The Finest private club in the world. Our goal in Housekeeping/Laundry is perfection accomplished through teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Checking on housekeeping/laundry staff to ensure duties meet company standards
• Responding to opportunities in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
• Ensuring equipment is operating properly
• Notify manager of any damage, or malfunctioning equipment
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and ensure restocking is complete
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related standards
• Assist manager in completing tasks for your scheduled shift
• Training new staff
• Completing working interviews as scheduled

Qualifications
