Job Summary

Housekeepers will maintain cleanliness in guest cabins, public spaces, and the linen room to the standards set by owners and communicated by the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisor. The role requires pride in work, flexibility, initiative, and consistency.

Position Details

Hiring Housekeepers for Summer Season (May-October 2026) – must be able to work through October.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean public areas daily.
• Clean guest units daily.
• Distribute amenities to guest units.
• Evening cleaning of public areas (PM duty).
• Assist with evening turn‑down service in guest units.
• Weekly thorough cleaning of public areas.
• Weekly thorough cleaning of guest units.
• Clean linen room, guest laundry, and staff bathrooms in the kitchen and staff dining room.
• Maintain vacuums and humidifiers.
• Window cleaning.
• Carpet cleaning.
• Report maintenance requests to Housekeeping manager or Supervisor.
• Assist in the laundry.
• Occasionally bus tables, work dish pit during guest meals.
• Genuinely smile at all times when guests are around.

Additional Duties (as needed)

• Perform all related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Walk distances in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push, pull, bend and reach.
• Work with eco‑lab chemicals.
• Work with bleach and other cleaning agents.
• Work around hazard conditions such as bodily fluids.
