Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. in Branson, Missouri is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. You will clean resort units to high standards, handle linens and trash, and assist with guest services as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness, be prompt with all assignments.

Responsibilities

• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Attend training sessions and apply training.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
