Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring dedicated Housekeepers in Gatlinburg, TN to maintain high standards in resort unit cleaning. You will strip linens, clean rooms, remove trash, and report maintenance needs to ensure units meet inspection readiness.

The role offers paid training, full benefits, and immediate hire with a supportive team. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort property units to quality and timeliness standards.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection; report maintenance and inventory issues.
• Attend training sessions and follow safety requirements; maintain a clean storage area.
