Liberty Cares with Compassion. LIBERTY SENIOR LIVING is currently seeking an experienced HOUSEKEEPER for a Full Time, Days position.

Job Summary

1. Follow cleaning guidelines and proper product usage as trained for regular weekly cleaning or deep cleaning of apartments and common spaces.
2. Clean assigned common spaces daily as detailed on cleaning assignments.
3. Clean apartments as assigned, following the Standard Weekly/Annual Standard Service listing:
   1. Empty trash containers in resident kitchens and bathrooms, replace liners (maximum 3 trash containers per unit).
   2. Dust and mop and/or vacuum all unit floors including bathrooms.
   3. Clean bathrooms: floors, countertops, commodes, lavatories, showers, mirrors.
   4. Change bed linen and make beds (up to two beds per unit).
   5. Clean bedrooms: floors, dust furniture.
   6. Clean living rooms: floors, dust furniture.
   7. Clean kitchens: countertops, sinks, inside microwave, floors.
   8. Clean blinds, windows, baseboards, and ceiling fans as scheduled.
   9. Wear gloves when cleaning bathrooms and kitchens; wash hands between units.
   10. Use clean microfiber mop heads and towels for each unit.
   11. Clean lobbies, offices, chapel, conference rooms, etc., including countertops and furniture.
   12. Follow trash disposal guidelines.
   13. Stock soap and paper products in common areas as needed.
   14. Maintain housekeeping carts, empty vacuum cleaners, and handle cleaning supplies properly.
   15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work every other weekend with days off during the week.
• Attend all mandatory department meetings and community in-services.
• Ability to read and write clearly to follow instructions.
• Adherence to cleaning schedules, policies, and procedures outlined in the manual.
• Proper use of PPE and chemicals as per SDS guidelines.
• Kindness and respect towards residents, staff, visitors, and supervisors.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Wearing appropriate uniform and nametag.
