Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Hampstead, NC to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents and staff. You will be responsible for cleaning apartments, common areas, and amenities in a supportive environment.

Qualified candidates will complete required training, operate standard cleaning equipment, and perform laundry duties. Strong English communication, organization, and basic computer skills are desired; benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance,

Qualifications

Complete all required training programs.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment (iron, washer/dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums).
Ability to work varied schedules/shifts.
Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
English communication with staff and residents.
General sanitation knowledge.
Strong organization and time management.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean, safe environment in apartments and common areas.
Clean public areas and resident apartments including baths, kitchens, patios, windows.
Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and change bed linens.
Maintain laundry areas and stock supplies.
Wash windows and keep utility/storage rooms tidy.
Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies.
Stock cleaning carts and transport waste.
Work with maintenance and report issues promptly.
May perform other duties as assigned.
