JOB SUMMARY

Our Housekeeping Team maintains a spotless environment for residents. You'll learn residents' stories as you clean, fostering connections and appreciation for your hard work.

POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Perform tasks per daily assignments and procedures.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and attractive work areas.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  • Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces in resident and recreational areas.
  • Sanitize bathrooms, windows, mirrors, floors, carpets, walls, and ceilings.
  • Manage waste and ensure proper disposal and lining of trash receptacles.
  • Report hazards, equipment issues, and supply needs.
  • Assist with cleaning after resident discharge or transfer.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and fire safety policies.
  • Assist with lifting and report incidents or accidents.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and respect personal property.
  • Attend meetings and keep work areas hazard-free.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: One year in healthcare preferred.

Knowledge: Ability to read, write, speak English, follow instructions, and operate cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
