Our Housekeeping Team takes pride in maintaining a spotless home for our residents. You will have the opportunity to learn residents’ stories as they share memories during your cleaning tasks. Our Housekeepers feel a sense of accomplishment when residents appreciate their hard work.

Position Overview
  • Perform tasks according to daily assignments and procedures
  • Maintain clean, safe, and attractive work areas
  • Follow infection control and safety practices
  • Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces in resident areas
  • Sanitize bathrooms and clean windows/mirrors
  • Clean floors, carpets, walls, and ceilings
  • Remove waste and ensure proper disposal
  • Report hazards and maintain supplies
  • Report equipment issues and replace bulbs as needed
  • Perform terminal cleaning when residents are discharged or transferred
  • Follow cleaning schedules and fire safety policies
  • Assist with lifting and report accidents
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and respect personal property
  • Attend meetings and keep areas hazard-free

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of healthcare facility experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to follow instructions and work harmoniously with others
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment

*Team members scheduled for 24+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including their families.
