What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Keep it Clean & Cozy:
· Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
· Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy, pleasant environment.
· Manage laundry services--wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing with care.
· Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized.
Support Resident Well-Being:
· Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life.
· Follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services to promote comfort and satisfaction.
· Alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards you notice during your rounds.
Be a Team Player:
· Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs.
· Step in to assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand.
· Treat residents and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Love for Clean Spaces)
? Experience & Skills:
· Previous housekeeping experience preferred--but not required. We'll train the right person!
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
· Positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
? Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift.
· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely.
? Certifications:
· Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire.
