Description

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour, plus bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The housekeeper ensures that our property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. They will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties in all common areas, leasing offices, and resident units.

Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Cleaning apartments after move-outs and preparing them for new residents.
  • Cleaning the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily.
  • Cleaning all vacant apartments and ensuring timely turnover as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Maintaining the care, inventory, and supplies of all cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Maintaining courteous and professional relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Operating within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Following all safety procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels.
  • Representing the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Climb stairs and ladders as needed.
