Position Summary

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned areas. Enter guest rooms following procedures to ensure vacancy before entering. Replace amenities, linens, and supplies. Make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care duties. Check appliances and furniture, dust, polish, and maintain room cleanliness.

Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and incidents; complete safety training; store flammable materials properly. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Greet and assist guests, anticipate needs, and support team goals. Adhere to quality standards. Lift objects up to 25 pounds alone and more with assistance. Push carts and equipment over surfaces, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.

Related Work Experience: None required.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None needed.
