Job summary

La Posada is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team in Green Valley, AZ. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am–3:00 pm and Monday–Wednesday 7:30 am–4:00 pm.

This role performs routine and specialized cleaning to keep a safe, sanitary environment across residences, healthcare spaces, dining rooms, and offices. We offer a guaranteed 32 hours per week, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and an on-site fitness center.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning in healthcare or hospitality settings.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized cleaning to maintain a clean, safe environment in residences, healthcare buildings and suites, dining rooms, meeting rooms, nurses’ stations, clinical areas, offices, restrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Sanitize surfaces using approved cleaning agents and follow defined standard procedures.

La Posada is looking for a full time, Housekeeper to join our dynamic Environmental Services department. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 am – 3:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.

This dynamic person must have the following skills:

• Performs routine and specialized cleaning to maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment that meets La Posada’s defined standards in any assigned areas of responsibility which may included but not be limited to residences, healthcare buildings and suites and rooms, dining rooms, meeting rooms, nurses’ stations, clinical areas, offices, restrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Clean, sanitize and disinfect surfaces utilizing La Posada approved and provided cleaning agents and materials and following the defined standard procedures.
