Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers in Columbus, OH. The role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms to hotel standards, keeping a tidy linen cart, and promptly addressing maintenance needs. You will maintain equipment security and assist guests with requests, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
