Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring Room Attendants to keep guest rooms clean and welcoming in our Jacksonville hotels. You will perform full cleaning, restock amenities, and ensure rooms meet brand standards while supporting guest needs and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, organized and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

We are hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers)!

As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.

• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).

• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.

• Update room status and complete required reports.

• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.

• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.
