Job summary

Homewood Suites 1st Ward in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to join our team and help deliver a clean, welcoming guest experience.

You will clean and service guest rooms, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues while following safety procedures and key-control policies. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior housekeeping experience is preferred and employee benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
